Manual Hydraulic Butt-Welding Machine – Main Frame

The two movable and two fixed clamps support, secure and centre the plastic pipes to be welded.
Hydraulic pressure is applied to the system: two pistons on the guide shaft drive the movable clamps forward and back, providing the motion required for welding.

Manual Hydraulic Butt-Welding Machine – Trimmer

Equipped with two rotating blades carrying cutting knives, the trimmer squares and cleans the pipe ends clamped on the main frame before heating, preparing them for fusion.
Rotation is provided by an integrated motor–gearbox unit.
The MHTW160 trimmer creates burr-free, perfectly parallel pipe faces.

Manual Hydraulic Butt-Welding Machine – Heater

After trimming, the heater plate warms the pipe ends to the required temperature for fusion.
Temperature is set via the digital thermostat located on the heater plate.

Manual Hydraulic Butt-Welding Machine – Protective Case

The protection/support case prevents heat loss from the heater and shields both heater and trimmer from external impacts (shock, water, etc.).
