W400M Butt Fusion Machine Body

The main body supports the plastic pipes to be welded with two movable and two fixed clamps, ensuring stabilization and centering.

Hydraulic pressure force is applied to the system. Two pistons on the carrier shaft guide the movable clamps forward and backward, providing the movement necessary for welding.

W400M Single-Phase Butt Fusion Machine Trimmer

Equipped with two rotating wings on the right and left sides and cutting blades on these wings, this part cleans the pipe ends fixed and centered on the main body before heating and prepares them for fusion.

The trimmer’s rotary movement is powered by the motor and gearbox assembly.

The W400M fusion machine trimmer unit produces burr-free and parallel pipe surfaces.

W400M Single-Phase Butt Fusion Machine Heater

This unit heats the pipe ends, which are prepared with the desired roughness by trimming, using a heating plate to prepare for the fusion process.

The temperature adjustment of the heater is controlled via a digital temperature thermostat located on the heating plate.

W400M Single-Phase Butt Fusion Machine Hydraulic and Electric Control Unit

The electric and hydraulic control unit supplies electricity to the heater and trimmer, and hydraulic pressure to the main machine; it is operated via a handheld remote control.

The remote control has four buttons and one switch. The buttons move the clamps forward and backward, and the switch activates the trimmer.
