W800 Butt Welding Machine Body

The main body, equipped with two movable and two fixed clamps, supports, secures, and centers the plastic pipes to be welded.Hydraulic pressure is applied to the system. Two pistons on the carrier shaft move the clamps forward and backward, providing the motion necessary for the welding process.

W800 Butt Welding Machine Trimmer

With two rotary wings on the right and left sides and cutting blades on these wings, this element cleans and prepares the pipe ends, which are fixed and centered on the main body, before heating.The trimmer’s rotary motion is powered by a motor and gearbox assembly.The W800 Butt Welding Machine trimmer unit produces burr-free and parallel pipe surfaces.

W800 Butt Welding Machine Heater

Heats the pipe ends, which are prepared with the desired roughness by trimming, using a heating plate to prepare them for joining.The heater temperature is controlled with a digital thermostat located on the heating plate.

W800 Butt Welding Machine Hydraulic and Electrical Control Unit

The electrical and hydraulic control unit supplies the electricity required to operate the heater and trimmer, and the hydraulic pressure to the main machine.The control unit is operated via a handheld remote. The remote has four buttons and a switch. The buttons move the clamps forward and backward, while the switch operates the trimmer.

The protective and support case prevents heat loss from the heater and protects the trimmer and heater from external impacts such as shocks and water.
