Manual Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine Body

The main body supports the plastic pipes to be welded with two movable and two fixed clamps, ensuring their fixation and centering.Hydraulic pressure is applied to the system.Two pistons on the carrier shaft direct the force to move the movable clamps forward and backward, allowing the necessary movement for the welding process to take place.

Manual Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine Trimmer

The trimmer is equipped with two rotating blades on the right and left side, which prepare the fixed and centered pipes mounted on the main body by cleaning the butt surface before the heating process and making it ready for welding.The rotating motion of the trimmer is powered by a motor and reduction gear.The MHW160 Butt Welding Machine Trimmer unit creates burr-free and parallel pipe surfaces.

Manual Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine Heater

The heater element heats the pipe butt surfaces, which have been finished to the desired roughness by the trimmer, preparing them for the joining process.The temperature setting of the heater is done using the digital temperature control thermostat on the heater plate.

Manual Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine Protective Casing

The protective casing prevents heat loss from the heater and provides protection against external impacts (such as shocks, water, etc.) to the trimmer and heater.
