W2500 Butt Fusion Machine Body

The main body provides support for the plastic pipes to be welded with two movable and two fixed clamps, ensuring fixation and centering.Hydraulic pressure force is applied to the system. Two pistons on the carrier shaft direct this force to move the movable clamps forward and backward, enabling the welding process.

W2500 Butt Fusion Machine Trimmer

Equipped with two rotating wings on the right and left, each fitted with cutting blades, this component cleans the pipe ends fixed and centered on the main body before heating, preparing them for welding.The trimmer’s rotational movement is powered by the motor and gearbox assembly.The W2500 Butt Fusion Machine trimmer unit produces burr-free and parallel pipe surfaces.

W2500 Butt Fusion Machine Heater

This component heats the pipe end surfaces, prepared by trimming, with a heating plate, making them ready for the fusion welding process.Temperature adjustment of the heater is performed with a digital temperature thermostat located on the heating plate.

W2500 Hydraulic and Electric Control Unit

The electric and hydraulic control unit supplies the necessary electricity to the heater and trimmer, and transmits hydraulic pressure to the main machine.The control unit is operated via a handheld remote control. The remote has four buttons and one switch. Buttons move the movable clamps forward and backward, and the switch activates the trimmer.
