Butt Fusion Machine

W500 Butt Welding Machine Body

The main body supports, secures, and centers the plastic pipes to be welded using two movable and two fixed clamps.

Hydraulic pressure force is applied to the system. Two pistons on the carrier shaft direct the movable clamps forward and backward, providing the movement required for the welding process.

W500 Butt Welding Machine Trimmer

With two rotary blades on the left and right, the trimmer cleans the pipe ends fixed and centered on the main body before heating, preparing them for welding.

The trimmer’s rotation is powered by the motor and gearbox assembly.

The W500 trimmer unit produces burr-free and parallel pipe surfaces.

W500 Butt Welding Machine Heater

The heater warms the pipe ends, smoothed by trimming, using a heating plate to prepare them for joining.

Temperature adjustment is done via a digital thermostat on the heating plate.

W500 Hydraulic and Electric Control Unit

The electric and hydraulic control unit supplies electricity to the heater and trimmer and hydraulic pressure to the main machine. It is operated via a handheld remote control.

The remote has four buttons and one switch. The buttons move the clamps forward and backward, and the switch operates the trimmer.

W500 Butt Welding Machine Protective Casing

The protective and support casing prevents heat loss from the heater and protects the trimmer and heater from external impacts (such as shocks and water).
