The main body supports the plastic pipes to be welded with two movable and two fixed clamps, ensuring fixation and centering.
Hydraulic pressure force is applied to the system. Two pistons on the carrier shaft direct this force to move the movable clamps forward and backward, enabling the welding process.
With two rotating wings on the right and left, each equipped with cutting blades, the trimmer cleans the pipe ends fixed and centered on the main body before heating, preparing them for welding.
The trimmer’s rotational movement is powered by the motor and gearbox group.
The W2000 Butt Fusion Machine trimmer unit produces burr-free, parallel pipe surfaces.
Heats the pipe end surfaces prepared by trimming to the desired roughness with a heating plate, preparing them for fusion welding.
The temperature adjustment of the heater is done with a digital temperature thermostat located on the heating plate.
The control unit is operated via a handheld remote control. The remote has four buttons and one switch. Buttons move the movable clamps forward and backward, and the switch activates the trimmer.
