





The main body supports and centers the plastic pipes to be welded with two movable and two fixed clamps.
Hydraulic pressure force is applied to the system. Two pistons on the carrier shaft move the clamps forward and backward, providing the necessary movement for welding.

Equipped with two rotating wings and cutting blades on both sides, the trimmer cleans the pipe ends and prepares them for heating. It is fixed and centered on the main body before the heating process.
The trimmer’s rotation is powered by a motor and gearbox unit.
The W400 trimmer unit produces burr-free and parallel pipe surfaces.

The heater warms the pipe ends, prepared by trimming, using a heating plate to prepare them for fusion.
The temperature setting of the heater is controlled by a digital thermostat on the heating plate.

The electric and hydraulic control unit supplies the necessary electricity to the heater and trimmer and hydraulic pressure to the main machine. It is operated via a handheld remote.
The remote has four buttons and a switch. The buttons move the clamps forward and backward; the switch operates the trimmer.
